We have many years of experience in organising language programmes for both companies and private people and consider quality, flexibility and a personal approach extremely important. Each candidate starting a course has his/her own objectives and we regard it as our task to create the right atmosphere and encourage him/her to reach these goals.

Dutch and English language and culture programmes

Taalbureau Symbol has extensive experience in organising Dutch and English language and culture programmes in the centre of The Netherlands for both companies and private people. We also organise special language programmes for expats, their partners and children .

When you contact Taalbureau Symbol, Jeannette Smulders will advise you. She is a native speaker of Dutch and has studied English Language and Literature at The Free University of Amsterdam. She started her own language institute in 1990.

Free intake

During an intake we will discuss the specific language problems and needs of a student. (an employee working for a company, for example, may have problems communicating  with customers or colleagues). Then we will advise a language programme and discuss this with his employer.
